Reasons Locker Should Stay

Long time no post.
Well now that Locker has decided to come back. I think it's better for his long-term career rather than just jumping to the NFL and cashing out.
So here are reasons we think Locker should stay:
- He's compiled a 9-28 record as the starting QB. Does he really want to leave his Husky legacy with that record? Having never played in a bowl game?
- He's grown as a passer under Coach Sark in only one year. What will another year do? He only has a career 54% completion percentage
- Candidate for Heisman in 2010
- Money is not an issue. He has a minor league contract with the Angels.
- You can argue that he'll be a top 10 pick in the NFL draft, but the 10th pick in the 2010 draft would probably get the same amount as the #1 overall pick in the 2011 draft. Regardless if there is a cap or not.
- Injuries like Bradford - You can't play this game scared to get hurt. Jake doesn't.
- After beating USC, almost beating ND, whipping the cougs, and ending the season dominating the Cal Bears, the momentum for this program is rising.
- Jake and Sark brought Husky Fever back where it belongs.
One more year! One more year!
GO DAWGS!
